NOXIOUS WEEDS REMOVAL

Notice is given to the owners/occupants of property in the Village of Cashton that noxious weeds must be destroyed on all lands in the Village of Cashton which the person owns, occupies or controls.  Such weeds shall be destroyed prior to the time in which such plants would mature to the bloom or flower state.  A 5-day written warning may be given to the owner/occupant per Village Ordinance 8-1-4.  The Village may then destroy the noxious weeds at the expense of the owner/occupant per State Statute 66.0407.

REMOVAL OF DOG/CAT FECES

Notice is given to the owner or person in charge of any dog or cat that they shall not permit solid fecal matter of such animal to deposit on any street, alley, or other public or private property, unless such matter is immediately removed by said owner or person in charge.  The owner or person in charge of the dog or cat must also prevent accumulation of animal waste on his own property by regularly patrolling and properly disposing of the fecal matter.  Per Village Ordinance Sec. 7-1-9.
